What to do if my VEEV NOW ULTRA is leaking e-liquid?

Droplets of liquid that are visible on the cartridge or mouthpiece of the device, which may occur during unpacking or usage, must be wiped off with a clean dry cloth before use. Do not use this product if the device appears damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking. In case of contact with leaking e-liquid, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.

What does it mean when the LED light blinks or is OFF on VEEV NOW ULTRA?

The LED lighting system on VEEV NOW ULTRA shares updates on battery status. The LED will fade in and out during usage, indicating that the device is working. When the light is blinking red and then white 3 to 5 times and stops working, your device is fully used. If the light blinks red 10 times, an error is being indicated by the device.

If you can’t puff on the device or the light is OFF, ensure your battery is not depleted and your fingers are not blocking the air inlet holes.

Do I need to replace any part of VEEV NOW ULTRA?

VEEV NOW ULTRA is designed for simplicity and convenience of use, and there are no parts that should be replaced in the device. The device is not designed to be used with interchangeable pods: therefore, there is no maintenance, no cleaning, no charging, and no refilling needed.
