E-cigarettes and liquid pods are electrical devices and must therefore not be disposed of with household waste when they are used up, but must be disposed of properly for e-waste recycling. The Take-Back Program, co-created with our partner the SENS Foundation, offers you the opportunity to return for free used VEEV NOW Ultra devices, VEEV ONE devices and empty VEEV ONE pods so that they can be disposed of responsibly and correctly, by specialized recycling partners.

No, the VEEV Take-Back Program is completely free of charge and you can also get the VEEV collection bags free of charge on our website when placing an order online, or in our IQOS Boutiques.

VEEV NOW ULTRA, VEEV ONE and their pods are classified as electronic waste and they contain many recyclable materials which should be recycled (nickel, lithium, and aluminum), reason for which they should not be disposed of with household waste, but in a dedicated and separate waste stream. This way, valuable raw materials flow back into the cycle. On top, these products are subject to the Ordinance on the Return, Take-Back and Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ORDEE).

All VEEV products that are returned as part of the VEEV Take-Back Program are collected centrally by the Swiss Post and transferred to the specialized recycling companies identified by the SENS Foundation, which set up an industry solution for the proper disposal of e-cigarettes, including VEEV. VEEV products are exclusively recycled by recycling plants that have the required permits and a SENS licence to process the corresponding device category. You can return your used or unwanted VEEV Now Ultra disposables, as well as VEEV One Pods and VEEV One Devices. Also other brands vapes can be included in the same bag, as the recycling destinations is the same for all e-cigarettes electronic devices.

You can receive a free collection bag when ordering on veev-vape.com, by adding it to your online order at check-out. Alternatively, you can receive a collection bag in all 6 IQOS Boutiques. Find an IQOS Boutique. 

You can return your Collection Bag using your milk-box: simply leave the bag in your milk-box, accessible to the postman, making sure that the detachable yellow strip of the bag is hanging visibly on the outside. Your postman will pick up the bag the next time they deliver your mail. Alternatively, you can drop a full collection bag in our 6 IQOS Boutiques.

You can include your used or unwanted VEEV Now Ultra disposables, as well as VEEV One Pods and VEEV One Devices. Also other brands vapes can be included in the same bag, as the recycling destinations is the same for all e-cigarettes electronic devices. Each bag fits up to 6kg. Please don’t include any damaged products in the collection bag, these should be brought directly to a collection point.

To responsibility return your used VEEV Products for recycling, you can order a VEEV collection bag and send it back for free using your milk-box. Alternatively, you can also return any used VEEV products in the point of sale of purchase: KKiosk, Avec, Press&Book points of Sale, VEEV pop-up events or malls as well as IQOS Boutiques. This can be done without a Collection Bag, simply ask and hand your used products to the sales experts in these locations. Finally, you can also return your used VEEV products in all collection points in Swizterland.

Our VEEV NOW ULTRA's device body is made out of 75% post-consumer recycled aluminium, designed in-line with eco-design principles, to ease its recycling. Similarly, VEEV ONE Device body is also produced with 75% recycled aluminium.
