  • The V-CeramicTM pods are designed to prevent leakage.​
  • In case Droplets/Traces of liquid are visible on the cartridge or mouthpiece, which may occur during unpacking or usage, must be wiped off with a clean dry cloth before use. In case of contact with leaking e-liquid from a V-CeramicTM pod, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water. 
  • Our Veev One device has been designed to prevent leakage. These measures include sealed pod systems, precise sealing materials and tightly fitted components to minimize potential for leaks. Unfortunately, given the nature of these types of products (and the interplay between the pod and the device), leakage is something that is very difficult to eliminate in general in vaping products.
  • In order to minimize the risk of leakage, please hold the device in upright position while using. Don’t store the device and pods in upside-down position. Storing the pods in an upside-down position could be a factor increasing probability of leakage. Another factor that may impact leakage probability is how long you use the pods after removing them from packaging. The exposure of the pods to humidity present in the environment is a contributing factor for leakage, therefore, please use the V-CeramicTM pods promptly once removed from the original packaging.
  • Our VEEV ONE device and/or V-CeramicTM pods is currently only available in selected IQOS Authorised Centres (list below) and over 3,000+ convenience stores (myNews, CU Mart, Family Mart, BhP, Petronas, 7-eleven) nationwide. ​

  • Turn ON: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, then release, status light lights will turn on slowly. You can proceed to use your VEEV ONE device.​
  • Turn OFF: You can turn off the device by pressing the button for 3 seconds.
  • You can easily check the charge level of the device when you turn it ON. Press the Button, status lights will turn on to indicate battery level. When battery is equal or lower than 1%, lower white light blinks 5 times. Your VEEV ONE device cannot be used until it is further charged.​
  • It takes less than 45 minutes to fully charge your VEEV ONE device. ​
  • When the device is fully charged, the 4 white LEDs light will briefly stay ON for 2 seconds and slowly fade out.​
  • VEEV ONE full charge lasts for a pod so you can enjoy your experience without worrying about running out of battery.
  • Press the button for more than 10 seconds and release.​
  • All lights will blink 3 times, confirming that the device has been reset.
  • We advise you to take smooth puffs with normal drawing pressure to ensure the best vaping experience with VEEV ONE device.​
  • Please be mindful that intense vaping can draw e-liquid out from the reservoir, which may result in the e-liquid leakage.​
  • Do not use this product if the V-CeramicTM pods appears to be leaking. In case of contact with leaking e-liquid from V-CeramicTM pods , wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.
  • VEEV ONE device is equipped with a smart digital control to signal that the pod is almost empty.​
  • V-CeramicTM pod e-liquid is fully visible.​
  • To indicate low-liquid levels, the upper light of the VEEV ONE device will blink for a few seconds and the device will automatically turn off. This is designed to prevent overheating and burnt taste. In this case, simply replace your V-CeramicTM pod with a new one.
  • Yes, you can easily change the pod at any time and on the go, with its new magnetic connector made for easy insertion and removal. When inserting a V-CeramicTM pod while the device is ON, the status light will slowly turn on with LED ramp-up and then move to Vape phase to indicate you can use the device.​
  • To remove your V-CeramicTM pod : Hold the V-CeramicTM pod and, without twisting, pull it away from the device.
  • The device has 4 LED indicators.​
  • If the upper white light blinks 5 times, it indicates low e-liquid detection in the V-CeramicTM pod . Please insert a new pod.​
  • If the lower white light blinks 5 times, it indicates low battery. Please recharge.​
  • If the lower white light blinks 2 times, it indicates over puffing, the device has a time protection for over puffing of 5 seconds.​
  • If all lights blink white twice while you are trying to puff, it indicates that the device is overheating (above 40 °C). Please wait for it to cool down below 40 °C.​
  •  If the bottom red light blinks, it indicates device error.​
  • No lights may indicate: 
    - The device is OFF
    - The battery is fully discharged
    - Device is physically damaged
  • If you have issues starting your vaping session, there might be several reasons: ​
    - The device is not charged
    - You are pressing the power button while vaping.
    - There is no e-liquid left in the V-CeramicTM pod​
    - Device malfunction
    - V-CeramicTM pod is leaking​
  • If your device is not starting, please, check the following: Charge your device with a certified AC power adaptor you obtained from a reputable source together with the original VEEV ONE USB Cable
    - To start the experience, press the button only once and do not hold the button while vaping​
    - Ensure the VEEV ONE pod has e-liquid in it. If not, replace with a new pod​
  • Reset your device by pressing the button for 10 seconds.
  • In the event of any issue, please reset your device: Press the button for 10 seconds, then release.​

  • Yes, all VEEV ONE devices in Malaysia enjoy a 1 year of warranty coverage from the date of registration upon purchase.
  • You can only claim the warranty once per device.
