Only use a dry cloth to clean the mouthpiece of the pod, device and capsule contacts.
VEEV ONE, the AC adapter, and the USB cable should not be exposed to any liquids. Do not touch them if they are wet or submerged in any liquid.
Wipe off any liquid droplets visible on the cartridge or mouthpiece that may appear during unpacking or use with a clean, dry cloth before use.
Do not use this product if the pod of VEEV ONE is damaged, tampered with, cracked, or leaking.
In case of contact with liquid leaking from VEEV ONE's pod, immediately wash the affected area with soap and water.
The device can display 1 to 4 white LEDs and 1 red LED.
Blinking 5 times the top white LED indicates low fluid level detection in the VEEV ONE pod. Replace the pod.
Blinking 5 times bottom white light indicates low battery. Charge the device.
The bottom white LED blinking 2 times means that the puff is too long, the device has a timer protection for over-puffing of 5 seconds.
If all LEDs blink white twice when trying to draw, it means that the device is out of operating temperature (0 to 40°C).
The bottom LED flashing red indicates an error. Reset the device.
If this does not solve the problem, please contact Customer Support.
If no LEDs come on when you press the button, this may indicate:
-Device is turned off
-The battery is completely discharged
-The device is physically damaged
You can easily check the charge level of your device when you turn it on
A short press of the button will turn on the LEDs to indicate the battery level.
When the battery level is at or below 1%, LED 1 will blink 5 times. Your VEEV ONE device cannot be used until it continues to charge.
