How to Exchange Your VEEV NOW Device with VEEV ONE?

Through the VEEV Bring Back program, you can exchange your unused VEEV NOW disposable device with a VEEV ONE device.

The VEEV device exchange program available from August 9th 2024 at IQOS Store located in selected cities. Visit Instagram @veev_id for more information about the VEEV Bring Back program.

Here are the steps to participate in the VEEV Bring Back program:

  1. Bring 2 used VEEV NOW devices to an IQOS Store in one of the following cities: Bali, Bandung, Balikpapan, Jabodetabek, Lampung, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Medan, Samarinda, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta.
  2. After you hand over your VEEV NOW device, the staff will assist you in verifying your personal data online or by logging into the veev-vape.com website.*
  3. Once the 2 used VEEV NOW devices are accepted, you will receive 1 new VEEV ONE device.

*This program is valid only once for each user registered on veev-vape.com and cannot be delegated.

The program is valid while supplies last and may be terminated at any time without prior notice. The returned VEEV NOW must be received before the transaction can be completed. The returned VEEV NOW devices become the property of PT Persada Makmur Indonesia and cannot be reused, sold, or misused.
