What to do if my VEEV ONE is leaking e-liquid?
Droplets of liquid that are visible on the mouthpiece of the device may occur during normal use. These droplets must be wiped off with a clean dry cloth before you use the device. Do not use this product if the device appears damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking. In case of contact with leaking e-liquid from VEEV ONE, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.
What does it means when the LED light blinks on VEEV ONE?
When the light is blinking, your device might be warning of an error.
1. Blinking red light
This indicates that your device might need a new pod or the contacts between your device and pod may need cleaning: try using a new pod or take the pod out and clean the contacts on both the device and pod using a dry cloth before re-inserting the pod.
2. Blinking white light several times
When the light is blinking white two times, your device stopped working as it is outside of the operating temperature range. When taking a puff for more than five seconds, the device will stop the delivery of aerosol and the light will blink white five times.
3. Blinking red and then white light
Your device might be locked or, when blinking three times, your device indicates low liquid detection: replace the pod to continue use your device. When the light is blinking red and then white five times, recharge your device to continue using it.
What to do when there are no lights on the device?
When there is no light on your VEEV ONE, try to take the pod out and re-insert it ensuring it is in the correct orientation and fully pushed in. Charge the device using a compatible power adaptor and a charging cable for a minimum of ten minutes, and if the problem persists, try to clean the contacts on the device using a clean dry cloth and insert a new pod.
