VEEV Trade In

Trade In is a program to exchange your vaping device with VEEV ONE. Here’s the terms and conditions of the VEEV Trade In program:

  1. Product to exchange in Trade In Program is vape pod and disposable pod from any brand except VEEV.
  2. Trade In Program applied one time only for User who have not registered to Veev-vape.com and cannot be represented by other party.
  3. This program start from August 1st 2024 , while stock lasts. Program can be terminated or ends at any time without prior notice.
  4. Trade In Program only applied on IQOS Booth in Bali, Bandung, Balikpapan, Jabodetabek, Lampung, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Medan, Samarinda, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta. Trade In Program also available in IQOS Kiosk in Semarang and in selected IQOS Store.
  5. Device to exchange with needs to receive before transaction and will fully become property rights of PT Persada Makmur Indonesia which cannot be reused, sell, or misused.

VEEV Bring Back

Bring Back is a sustainability initiative to recycle used VEEV Now. Here are the terms and conditions of the VEEV Bring Back program:

  1. The Bring Back Program is a program where User can swap 2 used VEEV now products which will be recycled, for 1 new VEEV One device at IQOS Booths in certain cities (listed in Point No.5).
  2. Program is applicable for user who owns VEEV Now product.
  3. Bring Back Program applicable one time only for User who have registered to Veev-vape.com and cannot be represented by other party.
  4. This program start from August 9th 2024. Program can be terminated or ends at any time without prior notice.
  5. Bring Back Program only applied on IQOS Booth in Bali, Bandung, Balikpapan, Jabodetabek, Lampung, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Medan, Samarinda, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta.
  6. VEEV Now returned needs to be received before transaction and will fully become property rights of PT Persada Makmur Indonesia which cannot be reused, sell, or misused.
