How to Trade Your Other Vape Brands (Pod & Disposable) with VEEV ONE?

VEEV offers a Trade In program that allows you to exchange your existing electronic cigarette or vape device from other brands with a VEEV ONE device.

The VEEV ONE Trade program is valid from August 1st 2024 at IQOS Store located in selected cities. Visit Instagram @veev_id for more information about VEEV Trade In program.

Here are the steps to trade your device with a VEEV ONE:

  1. Bring your pod or disposable vape (any brand beside VEEV) to an IQOS Store in one of the following cities: Bali, Bandung, Balikpapan, Jabodetabek, Lampung, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Medan, Samarinda, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta. Trade In Program also available in IQOS Kiosk in Semarang and in selected IQOS Store.
  2. After you hand over your pod or disposable vape, the staff will assist you in registering your personal data online through website veev-vape.com.*
  3. Once registration is completed and your pod device or disposable vape of another brand is accepted, you will receive a new VEEV ONE device.

*This program is valid only once for users who are not registered on veev-vape.com and cannot be delegated.

This program is valid while supplies last and may be terminated at any time without prior notice. The exchanged vape devices from other brands become the property of PT Persada Makmur Indonesia and cannot be reused, sold, or misused.
