What should I do if my VEEV NOW doesn’t work?
If your device doesn’t work, it may be related to one of the following reasons, in which case you’ll need to purchase a new device:
- Battery is depleted: No LED turning ON
- Device error: The LED lights pulses 2 times
- Device error: or the LED turns on while puffing but no vapor.
After use, VEEV NOW devices must not be disposed together with household waste. Certain components within our VEEV NOW devices can be recycled. Return your used VEEV NOW, and we will recycle the recyclable components.
