Here are the steps for exchanging your VEEV ONE device:

  1. Bring your other brand pod or disposable vape to an IQOS Store in certain cities. The complete list of IQOS Store locations can be seen below.
  2. After you hand over your pod or disposable vape, the staff will assist you in registering your personal data online through website veev-vape.com.*
  3. Once registration is completed and your pod device or disposable vape of another brand is accepted, you will receive a new VEEV ONE device.

*This program is valid only once for users who are not registered on veev-vape.com and cannot be delegated.

This program is valid while supplies last and may be terminated at any time without prior notice. Other brand vape devices exchanged will become the property of PT Persada Makmur Indonesia and will not be reused, sold, or misused.
